How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental US. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Due to the intimate nature of our products, garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
How should I wash and care for my SHAPERLUV garments?
To maintain the elasticity and compression of your shapewear, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying; instead, lay the garment flat to air dry.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
